Teacher notes

Read 2 minutes before Monday. This is the celebration and the closing of the loop. The class harvests, weighs the greens in grams, and finally checks the harvest-weight prediction from last week. Wednesday is a data retrospective: the whole six-week graph tells the story from first sprout to harvest, and every prediction along the way gets resolved. Tasting is part of harvest week, and it is always optional: lead with your school's food policy, check for allergies and consent, and make it completely fine for any student to pass. End on the renewal idea, because the seed pods for a second run are already in the Term Pack, and the same plants we grew can make seeds of their own. Certificates close the mission.
