Read 2 minutes before Monday. This is setup week, and the goal is ownership, not biology. The onboarding wizard walks you through the physical build step by step; this content frames the build for the class and turns it into a job-assignment and prediction moment. By Friday the unit should be running (lights on, pump bubbling, water conditioned) and every student should know their job. There is no daily ritual this week because nothing is planted yet. The only number we collect is the first water temperature and reservoir level, which become day-0 points on the graph next week. Keep it light and exciting: we are a lab now, and we have a six-week mission.
